Appointment of Auditor-URGENT!!!!!!!!

Dear All

We have to do the Annual filing of a Pvt. Co. for the FY 2008-09, but due to the nonavailibilty of the SRN of 23B, we have to stop the filings..

Now our client has asked us to file form 23B on behalf of his auditor, but the letter of appoinment issude by the Company to the auditor is stating that

" ABC & Associates are appointed as the Auditors of the Company for the F.Y. 2009-10."I think that this is a confirmation for the next year

My query is, whether we have to fill the SRN of form 23B in repect of the FY 2008-09 or the next FY 2009-10 for the Annual filing of the FY 2008-09.

 

Please suggest.
