Can a CA who is in full time employment in a Co. hold a certificate of practice and can he be a partner in any CA firm? and if he can-- then can this CA firm be appointed as an auditor, when one of his partner is in full time employment in a Co.

If a CA who is in full time employment in a Co cannot have COP.
Yes he can be a partner but as a sleeping partner only.
No firm cannot be appointed as auditors.
