Dear sir
It is a private limited company. Paid up capital is Rs. one lac. The retiring audior expresses his unwillingness of reappointment as Auditor in AGM, who also given letter. So company propose to appoint another auditor who also given certificate for appointment. Now I wish to know whether any form to be filed for retiring auditor as per companies act 2013. (Please note it is not a resignation or removal during the tener of the audit period.)
