Suppose XYZ & Co. is the auditor of POR & Associates and PQR & Associates is the auditor of ABC Private Limited. Now the question is that
Can the proprietor of XYZ & Co. become the director of ABC Private Limited?

Dear Ritika,
Yes, he can become the director in ABC. The conflict of Interest would arise if the proprietor of XYZ were a partner in PQR and not otherwise.
