Appointment and removal of director
A pvt ltd company has two director having 50% shares each. It wants to remove one director and appoint another in his place.
Can I file DIR 12 for both appointment and removal?

No, first you will have to appoint the new director and then after removal should start as there should be at least 2 director at all times in a company.
