If a private limited company have 2 directors. We want to retired 1 director & appoint 2 new directors as ADDITIONAL DIRECTOR in board meeting. Can we do so.

Hi Nitesh,
Yes you can do it...just make the appointment of additional directors first and then the resignation of the director...
