Actually my old gst no was cancelled by gst officer because I don't any gst return filled after gst registration.
so my question is can I apply for a new gst no with same company name.

New registration can not be made with the same PAN.
You can apply for revocation of cancellation of GST registration within a period of 30 days from the date of service of order of cancellation of GST registration.
