My qurrey is regarding PAN application. This problem is confronted by me for the first time so asking you if anybody else had similar experience. PAN application was made Online. As instructions provide applicant's name should match with the name mentioned in Proof of Identity and Proof of residence hence Copy of matriculation and Copy of Voter ID were attached. But applicant wanted his address of communication to his office address he attached copy of rent deed of the branch office headed by him. Now in rent deed surname Kumar is affixed while Kumar is not there in his Matric Certificate as well as in Voter ID. NSDL is saying that in proof of communication address, his name mismatches.
