gst officer asked for clarification on 5th aug and i submitted clarification on same day and showed success message on screen but i did not receive confirmation email or sms, arn status showed pending for clarification. i raised query on 10 th aug for this matter and uploaded screenshots of success message. and i received the below answer from gst helpdesk on 16th aug.
Resolution Remark :
Dear Sir/Madam,
The application is now pending for rejection as clarification could not be filed against the notice seeking clarifications raised by the Tax Officer.
Please re register with a new combination of PAN, email and mobile.
Apologies for the inconvenience. Thank you
now can i re register today only with new email and mobile number or should wait for rejection order.
