applicablity of new ceilings as per Amendment by F.Act 2010

applicable date is 1 oct 2010

any change by finance act comes into effect from 1st of april unless there is any other notified date.

since there are few provisions for which a date is notified

so please tell for which sec or topic u want to know the notified date
