Pls tell me, tarrif rate of gst on renting a bus in which fuel cost in borne by travel agency itself.
Whether it falls under the definition of cab or not .
pls enlight.

As per me you should charge 5% if you want to take ITC on purchases from other than same line
sorry its 12 %
