Is there any GST on foreign commission income earned by a company in India. If yes, then what is the GST rate for that?
Amt earned is in USD. Please let me know ASAP...

Depends upon the service area.
If the commission received is for any services provided in INDIA, IGST will be applicable at 18% rate.
Is the IGST paid on Foreign Commssion income refundable or not ?
