whether change of rate from 10.30% to12.36% in service tax will b applicabl fop may ipcc exams??..

THE CHANGES MADE IN RECENT BUDGET ABOUT THE 2013 AMENDMENT WILL NOT BE APPLICABLE FOR MAY2012 EXAM.. HENCE SERVICE TAX RATE IS 10.3
POINT OF TAXATION RULES ARE APPLICABLE AS IT IS INTRODUCED BEFORE THIS ITSELF..

Revised rate applicable only to next AY but POT applicable for this attempt.
