Hello!
As per my knowledege and understanding it would nt apply. In our act co is defined as a co. registered under Co.'s Act, 1956. And if a foreign co. is include then it would nt govern under Indian Co.'s Act.
That is my understanding after studying,,,,,,rest views of learned members are solicited
