Applicabilty of 44ad for kachcha arhatiya
Dear sir/madam,
I want to know that whether a businessman, having kachcha arhatia business, can file ITR-4S for their business income by considering commissions as turnover??

Commission business is specifically kept out of purview ofSection 44AD. Kachcha Arhatiya being a commission agent cannot file 4S
