applicability or not for Nov exams sec 230 to 240
Sir I had a doubt whether old section 391 to 396A is applicable or 230 to 240 applicable for Nov ca final exams comprises arrangements and amalgamation

On 7 December 2016, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) notified certain sections of the Companies Act, 2013 (2013 Act) which, inter alia, relate to compromises, arrangements and amalgamations. So I think it the new sections will be applicable.
