A company located in chennai is engaged in the following services.

1. Software Development 

2. Web desiging

3.Maintenance of softwares.

4.Customized web application development

Can anyone let me know whether VAT or Service tax or both VAT & service tax is applicable during billing ?

I need some links or proof to confirm your answer. Thanks in advance..
