Applicability of tds on reimbursement part contained in cha invoice

Hi,

We have received an invoice from Custom clearing agent which includes his service portion and reimbursement portions mentioned separately. all reimbursement parts are supported by proper invoices raised in our name.

now my question is, on which amount i shall deduct TDS? 

For Example:

Service Part: 100

Reimbursement part: 150

Total Invoice value: 250 (excluding GST)
