please let me know the applicability of tax audit in case of Turnover is less than 1cr and profit is less than 8%, business is proprietorship.

if you are under 44AD then tax audit must in case profit %age is less than 8% or 6% and ITR4
if not under 44AD then ITR 2 with complete details of BS and P&L Account but no audit
