Nagar Palika gets water from MIDC and than supply it to consumer so I wants to know that is there any aplicability of tds on payment of water supply by Nagar Palika to MIDC. is there please provide detials.

Recieving water & passing on to consumer is in nature of trading transactions & no TDS will be applicable.
