Is Service tax payable on Charter hire payment on hire ofof foreign vessel if the vessel arrives in india or does not arrive in india
If i have insured the chartered vessel do i have to pay service tax on payment of insurence.

You should look at the supply of tangible goods entry for possible coverage and the rules of export fo servcies in that regard.
Depending on where your services are deemed to be provided the possible levy under reverse change may apply.
