is SOX Act, 2002 applicable for CA final auditing May 2011 attempt???
i heard of some changes in apllicability of this act,...bt m nt sure...
so if u can confirm for me...:)

Its applicable for sure...the whole confusion arose because in the new study mat,SOX has been presented as a part of some chapter instead of a seperate chapter in itself...hope it helps...gud luck
