Is there any service tax applicable on services rendered to SEZ and STPI units? If service tax is not applicable, what are the documents required to be collected from these units for claiming exemption in service tax return?

Hi,
Service Provided to SEZ are wholly exemp from ST if they are wholly consumed in SEZ.
If the Service is not wholly consumed in the SEZ then the SEZ unit need to pay service tax and then claim the refund of the same.
