Applicability of service tax on service of sub agent booking air tickets
Suppose there is a sub agent who purchases airline tickets (say Rs. 3000) from the main agent of airlines on behalf of customer and charges Rs 3500 from the customer. No commission received from the main agent. Whether service tax is leviable ?
