can anyone explain on which item RCM is applicable now.
as I heard 22nd meeting gives exemption from RCM till 31-03-18 only for items which is covered in section 9(4)..

yes , its correct section 9 sub 4 susupended up to 31/3/2018 & section 9 sub 3 continue .
