I want to know, that On the payment of leave encashment to employees, whether PF would be deducted or not

Usually leave encashment is calculated on GROSS SALARY (that includes last Basic + HRA + Transport Allowance + VDA / DA).
So, in my view PF is not considered for calculation of leave encashment.

RIght PF will not be calculated on leave encashment.
