Hello Sir,

    Can u Please let mwe know whether Form  MGT-14 is required to be filed under the following cases:

     1. If Director is interested in rent income

      2. If Director is Interested in Company's Sales & Purchases

      3. If Director is interested in Employee's Remuneration (directors wife or relative is getting salary as employee)
