Kindly let me know to whom MAT audit is applicable ?
Case 1 : the company who is paying Tax as per Sec 115JB
Case 2 : the company who is utilising his MAT Credit
Case 3 : any other situation, if any.

In all the cases, as MAT is applicable to all companies

Pls let me know also , A company who is paying tax as per income tax act & that company is not having any old Mat Credit, for that company MAT Audit is also applicable ?
