My wife is self employed and getting annual income of 1.0Ls/PA and getting Interest from Bank deposits of 2.0Ls/PA.
Pl. suggest which ITR form is to be opted while efiling the return.

Your wife self employed and it is in the nature of business income. Thus, ITR 4 will be applicable.
itr-4 can be filed... itr-4s can also be filed if income from business is shown under 44ad.
