Can anyone plz tell me, which act is applicable for ISCA Final (new) Nov. 10 exams- IT ACT 2000 or IT Act, 2008

IT Act 2008 will be applicable in Nov 2010. Thats for sure. BUT i am worried abt more changes as ICAI is issuing NEW study mat for ISCA/MICS @ Rs. 150
