No, not applicable.
All amendments in ISCA & AMA are applicable. Also the Amendments in DT & IDT are applicable for May 2013 Exams. Read the Notifications & Circulars issued by ICAI in DEC / Jan / Feb & March for this issues. You will get all this in BOS announcements on ICAI site
