for applicability of ind as in current year , u have to check previous year net worth ..so for example if u want to know whether ind as is applicable or not for the financial statement for the year ended 31-3-2018, then you have to check net worth as per financial statement 31-3-2017 , likewise net worth on 31-3-2018 will decide applicability for the year 2018-2019.
