I have given tools on rent amounting to Rs 2,50,000/- to an individual. So Is GST applicable on the Tools given on rent?

My principal business is not renting or leasing. My principal business is of construction.

Yes you can pay gst @ 18% And This income report from Gstr-1 as well as 3b
