Whether GST is applicable on electricity regulatory commission or services by electricity regulatory commission are exempt.

I think its taxable. Experts need to solve this

I think electricity is kept outside the purview of GST.

Yes electricity generation and distribution are out of ambit of GST but whether it is applicable on electricity regulatory commission

Its not out of ambit GST , but exempted under GST as per Notification 12 /2017
