(1) In case of doctors, if they provide medicines alongwith consultation, whether GST is applicable or not
(2) if a doctor conduct tests also alongwith consultation, whether they are liable for GST registration.
(3) if any hospital taken the service of a doctor & pay him as professional fee on visit basis. Then RCM applicable or not ( no relation of employer or employees)
1. Yes, if aggregate of supply cross basic exemption limit.
2. No, if its part and parcel of health care services.
3. No, as its exempt service.
