Applicability of Finance Act 2008 for Nov08 Exam Students

Amendments upto 30th April, are applicable to Nov08 Exams.

But Finance Act was proposed in FEB and Passed in MAY.

But there are some provisions which have immediate effect.

So which provisions are applicable and which are not?
