Is the company's bill 2011 applicable for nov,2013 exams as it is not given in the non applicability section of prouncements for nov 2013 exams??

The bill is yet to be passed by Rajya Sabha. I dont think it would be applicable. Still you can check up with ICAI regarding same.

The syllabus last updated on 21st May 2013 show Companies Act 1956.

The new module of ICWAI(new syllabus 2012)for corporate laws for dec 2013 examination shows companies Act, 1956. As companies bill 2012 will applicable, then it will indicate on the website of ICSI,ICAI

no it is not applicable as it has not yet passed in Rajya Sabha..
