What is the applicability of the company bill for ca final exams?? is it applicable for may 13 and nov 13 attempts??

First of all new company bill has not yet assented by President, then where is the question of applicability to examinations.

ITS NOT APPLICABLE IN FINAL MAY'13 AS CLEARLY MENTIONED IN RTP FOR MAY 13 exam....
