First of all new company bill has not yet assented by President, then where is the question of applicability to examinations.
i heard it somewhere that it has been passed.
ITS NOT APPLICABLE IN FINAL MAY'13 AS CLEARLY MENTIONED IN RTP FOR MAY 13 exam....
