Applicability of companies act 2013 for nov 2014
Plz tell me wether companies act 2013 is going to be applicable for Nov 2014 exam. It has been cleared of non applicable for May 2014 but what for Nov 2014.

No intimation by ICAI regarding applicability of Companies Act 2013 in Nov 2014 exams but it seems very likely that companies Act 2013 will be applicable in Nov 2014 CA Exams.
BUt till any announcement by ICAI just wait and watch.
