Applicability of AS 11 to commodity contracts

1. Are commodity forward contracts also to be revalued as per AS 11 i.e premium calculation to be done as done in forex hedeging??

2. what is the max period 4 wich a forward cover can be taken for forex hedging???...plz give me the relvant notification (if available)
