Applicability of another 183 sections notified by mca
MCA notified another 183 sections today...My question is :
Whether those another 183 sections notified by MCA today,will that be applicable for Nov '14 CA (Final)exams ??

Chances are very high as it is march only now
. Wait for a week soon icai will come with anthr notification
If the date of notification is before 6 months than date of examination than it becomes applicable in said examination, in this case it appears so that it should be made applicable.
However ICAI being a responsible and reputed body will soon come out with a clarification.
