Pls tell Whether AS Are applicable to companies only or they are also applicable to firms liable for tax audit

I mean, what made u think that the same AS are not applicable for firns??

well i am in last year of my training..
and now we have a client which is following AS for many years and it confused me alot while accounting for him,,,
