Applicability of 44ADA for Salaried person doing freelance work

Hi there,

i am salaried person and am getting salary of 3 LPA. also am doing online freelance work of Video editing. I am providing freelance service to foreign clients . Around 7 LPA is my freelance income. While filing IT return, can i choose ITR 4 with 44ADA for freelance income. I have deduction in my salary income as Medical insurance,PPF,ELSS Etc..
