Applicability of 115 JC to individuals.
Is sec 115jc applicable to all individuals irrespective of their total income or is there any limit regarding their income ??

If the assessee is an Individual, HUF, AOP, BOI or an artificial juridical person and the adjusted total income for the year is 20 Lakh or less , then the provision of alternate minimum tax is not applicable.
