is it sufficient to prefer only PM for ethics & communication or otherwise reference book along with PM AND is CARO 2015 is applicable from November 2015 IPCC examination ,if yes please provide me it's content thank you in advance

Yes, CARO 2015 is applicable for IPCC Nov 2015.

Yes for getting 70% in exams. Revise rtp and suggestions answers. U can score more. Knowledge with tact. Is required to score this subject
