Sir, I had filed an appeal against the order of the assessing officer and which is allowed in favor of me. But the A.O. challenged the said order in Appellate Tribunal. The assessing officer not wiling to revise the order and not withdrawing the Revenue Recovery Proceedings as the order is challenged by him. Is the action of AO is tenable?, Now which order is standing?
