There are two designated partner in LLP Mr.X & Mr.Y, We want to appoint a pvt Ltd company in that LLP & Mr.X as nominee of that pvt Ltd, but we are facing problem while filling form-4, an prescurtiny error is showing that this person is already associated with this LLP. What is other option to appoin Mr.X as nominee of PVT LTD.

Mr. X can resign in individual capacity and then appoint him as a nominee of pvt. Ltd co. This alternative should work.
