What are the consequences if AOC-5 is not filed within 270 days of passing the Board Resolution?

filed within 7 days of BOD decision to keep books at place other than registered office- pay only prescribed fee for filing AOC 5
if filed after 7 days but within next 270 days- pay additional fee also as may be prescribed
if filed after 270 days- punishment also, as prescribed.
