if filed within 7 days of BOD Decision to keep books at a place other than registered office of company- pay only fee prescribed for filing AOC 5
If filed after time prescribed but within next 270 days- pay additional fees also as prescribed
if not filed within next 270 days- punishment provided for non filing the same
