Dear Experts, my company has been incorporated in Feb 2019 please guide me is the AOC-4 required for the such type of company or i can file the Aoc-4 in next year after 1st AGM

Dear shobit
annual returns can be filed for 15 months period. so you can fioe next year. but you have to prepare seperate financial feb 19 to march 20.
so aoc 4 can be filed next year
